Brief Answer:
no chance of HIV transmission.allay fears.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
HIV is not transmitted by touch or shaking hands .
You are anxious because you had a cut.usually there will be a partial scab formed immediately after cut even if it is a fresh cut.so there is least chance of virus entering body. If old cut no chance.
more so there is no cuts or wound in the person. So there are no chances of hiv to get transmitted to you.
You can allay fears of hiv.

Brief Answer:
no chance of transmission of hiv

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Hiv virus is not transmitted by this route.if they do not have cut also is good that they are not transmitting it. Also if any of them had cut blood from them would have come in contact with you.and definitely you would have become aware of it.so there is no possibility of transmission.
Also Temporary scabs will be formed to stop bleeding immediately after cut.
So you forget about episode and carry on your routine activities.
