Question: is there hiv hep b ,c risk if the food i was eating was at the edge of the container?

i was cleaning my floor and i notice a sharp abject went under my nail do not know what it was the object end up cutting my self under my nail i bled a little any hiv hep b,c risk

it was a very minor cut.i did see any blood after 1 minute
