Brief Answer:
There is no reason for concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcaremagic.

Any breakdown in the integrity of the skin can allow HIV to enter the bloodstream. This includes cuts, abrasions, lesions from STD's.
But for not fresh cuts like you have, once a scab forms (usually within a few hours), this would no longer be an direct access to the bloodstream.
So, if there is no direct acces to the bloodstream there is no risk to get HIV, and hep B and C infections.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
