Question : My friend who I cuddled and grinded with today had this on his pelvis area. Is this contagious? Is this warts or hopv ? My body touched his body and this around on me so I am scared.I meant to say HPV

It doesn't looks to me like infectious disease and this is probably just simple fibroma especially if this is the only lesion on skin. So you don't need to worry, this is not contagious and nothing will happen.

you can suggest your friend to have this surgically removed.
