Question : If dormant can hpv be spread through French kissing and oral sex? I tested positive two years ago but have since tested negative.

Dormant HPV cannot spread. You must come in contact with the lesions.

I will like to know if you are actually referring to HPV or HSV(herpes). This because the primary transmission of HPV is not oral but HSV.
