Can HPV Be Transmitted By Sharing Towels?

Question: Can you get genital warts from a towel? Like at a massage place, the person before you have genital wart lay flat on the towel, 10 mins later you lay down?

Your guess is correct. The warts are viral condition that can spread by various modes.
I would suggest you to get treated soon as such warts havea tendency to spread fast.

Does these look like genital warts? Does not itch, sometime ago i feel burn sensation on the skin, and burn urination. I had this for 2.5months.

The pics show multiple pigmented spots.
These do not look like untreated genital warts. warts should be raised and having either a smooth or rough surface.

Burning urination might be due to an infection of the urinary tract.Such an infection should respond very well to suitable antibiotic treatment.

I feel that you should be careful and observe the lesions as to how they evolve and presently, if there are no symptoms and no fresh signs, one can defer any treatment for the time being.

I attached some more pictures, it a little raised, more noticeable during an erection. Small bumps. I went massage and play down naked on a a towel, not sure that towel was used by anyone else who might have genital warts or not
