I would like to tell you that there is enough evidence that HPV infection can be sexually transmitted to the oral tract through oral-to-oral and oral-to-genital contact. So yes you can get infection if saliva comes in contact through vagina if the partner has infection.

what kind of risk factor i have if my partner had warts are they high risk
can i get hpv from my partner if he had penis warts and no warts in the mouth?and he licked his finger once and touched the vagina .He did not have any oral sex or oral hpv
