Question : doctor last year in august 2015 i had unprotected oral sex with the sex worker then protected vaginal sex with the same sex worker .Next month small red tiny bumps occur on my penis all over penis bulb without itching or pain.i showed one dermatologist he first said it is herps pro genital and give me 4 days medicine and cream to apply. After 5 to 6 days bumps didn't go away. Then again i showed another dermatologist he inspected me and told me it is not herpes if it would be hers then it would have been subsidised with the medication given to me by previous doctor but it won't.after 1 to 2 months all blisters gone.then in coming month of jan2016 i took all the tests for hiv and std all comes negative even i did PCR test for herps it also comes negative for both hsv1 and hsv2.i again did HSV1 and HSV2 pcr test in the month of may 2016 nearly 8months after the sexual encounter that also comes negative. But again from yesterday red bumps reappear on my penis bulb without itching or tingling sensation.i am not been able to know what it is ..... i did hiv test twice both time it comes negative.plz help

Brief Answer:
Possibility of yeast infection can be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Nothing serious to be worried. It would be unlikely to be due to Herpes simplex infection as you did not have any pain or tingling sensation.
Moreover your test reports also repeatedly negative for Herpes, even after 6 months after the Oral exposure. Possibility of yeast infection can also be thought of. Yeast infection following oral sex is not uncommon. It will manifest sometimes as reddish tiny rashes over glans Penis. HIV is unlikely.
Upload the pictures of the lesion, so that we can discuss more.

Brief Answer:
There is no evidence for Herpes simplex infection in pictures sent by you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw the pictures sent by you. There is nothing suggestive of Herpes simplex infection. You are having mild balanitis possibly due to allergic due to vaginal yeast contact or to condom latex. It is very simple to cure.
Consult your Dermato-venereologist and get well soon.

Brief Answer:
Consult a Dermatovenereologist and get well.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Once again it is nothing but balanitis. Nothing else. Possibly yeast or some allergic balanitis. Consult a dermatovenereologist and get well.
There is no evidence for herpes infection.
