Brief Answer:
There is no drug interaction between them

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

Heroin is a semi-synthetic form of opium and methadone is partial agonist of opium, that means, it is like opium. There is no interaction with heroin and methadone. With methadone, you would not get any heroin withdrawal. Methadone is used by psychiatrist to keep patients away from heroin. If you want to leave heroin, you can take methadone rather than heroin. That would be much safer.

In case, you have more query, you can ask.
