Question: is it ok to have hyalauronic acid knee injections if you are taking lovenox?

Risk of bleeding is there.

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Levonox is an anti coagulant so any surgical procedure carries risk of bleeding.
Intraarticular injection of hyaluronidase carries a high risk of joint hematoma and bleed.
So I would not recommend you Intraarticular injection while you are on Levonex.
