Question : I take 500mg hydroxyurea daily for high platelet levels. Also alprazolam and escitalopram for anxiety. Am constantly tired, no energy. Are these meds responsible?
Brief Answer:
yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
All these medications cause tiredness, fatigue, concentration and memory problems so this is probably cause of your difficulties. You need to try to reduce or stop alprazolam or escitalopram since these 2 may have too strong effect. Hydroxiurea should not be stopped. Wish you good health. Regards
