Question : I have an acne on my face and its been there for close to a month now. I haven't applied anything apart from some advice like applying colgate paste and then Saibol[Cream]. However i see its not been reducing and I need to see if there is any cream or any other solution to be recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
You can apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night and clindamycin 1 % gel in morning over the acne lesions.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
You can even send me photographs on YYYY@YYYY with subject as ATTN DR XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
