Question : Dear sir . I happend to have an encounter with a female
I licked her breast nipple for once ( not more than 5 seconds )
There was no other sexuall activity involved.
There is no history of any type of sex ever this was my first incident .
1.Am sure the women was not lactating at that time .
2.What if she had any secretions ( any type)and it somehow went into my mouth in those 5 seconds .will i be infected ?
3.Can i be infected with hiv given only such exposure
Can this be due to anxiety or does this scenario pose any risk at all .
What if sweat came into my mouth

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Just licking the breast for few seconds or minutes carries no risk for HIV transmission.
1. Even if she lactates licking the breast once is having least risk for HIV transmission.
2. It is quite unusual for secretions from somewhere other than the nipples to remain over the breast. Even if we assume like that HIV is not viable outside other than the body fluids for not more than few seconds.
3. Sweat, tears, urine and feces are not infectious.
Nothing to worry.

thanks sir for patiently answering an anxious mind like me 1. can understand no people are as phobiac as me so ill definately contact a physiciatrist 2. i am obviously messing with the no risk situation and thinking of scenarious of possible infection when it wasnt the case if im not wrong! 3. i will try to forget the episode and come with the terms that i didnot had sex and so i should not fear . 4. its jst that my mind thinks its a close shave with the disease with the breast suck episode that happens so its still scary . 5. thank you doctor jst last assurance from you that the breast suck for 5 seconds is of no stress and ill close thankyou sir for your patience
