                                            Question : hello ,
i am turning to 30 years for this august.i am married since 2 years. i have pcos , but after taking 3 months course for irregular periods ,after i joined gym i am getting regular periods i.e 28 days cycle .From past 6 months i am trying to conceive , but i am failing every month. i did my ULTRASOUND PELVIS on july 2013 and the result is 'BOTH OVARIES ARE MILDLY BULKY IN SIZE AND SHOWS MULYIPLE FOLLICLES ARRANGED PERIPHERALLY'
Right ovary measures 36*16*35mm, volume of 11cc
Left ovary measures 26*38*19mm , volume of 10cc.
No free fluid seen in the pouch of XXXXXXX 
Please suggest whether i can conceive ?

Hi
You can conceive.  PCOS is not a problem.  Gym has regularised your periods which is good.
Get monthly follicular scan done and try when follicle reaches 18 mm in size.
Please get your husband's semen analysis done.

I understand you are becoming 30 which means you have to try now for 6 months regularly. 
If you dont conceive go for IUI treatment.
