Hi,

It would have been better if you had specified if there were other problems like fever, sore throat, body aches, weakness, headache or others along with runny nose.

Assuming there are no other symptoms, I would suggest starting tab Levocetirizine 5mg once at night. You may also consider steam inhalation 3-5 times daily and if necessary add nasivion nasal drops 2 drops into each nostril twice for not more than 5 days.
