Question : Hi Doctor, I am not been well continuously from 6th Aug the first 3 days I was running on a temperature of between 99.5 and 103 anyhow I had taken Dolo 650 and by the 4th day it was fine...but had a very bad body pain until date too with Headache...tiring...had a stomatch upset, vomiting during one of the days...throat pain to for which I have taken Azithro - 500 6 tablets, from yesterday I am doing steaming with turmeric water, am having headache...Cough with little bit of flem...tiriedness

Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service,

Well, fever can be due to several reasons besides coronavirus...However, you should also know that Coronavirus has a lot of atypical presentations apart from those usual symptoms that you mentioned...

Since it's recurring, you should check with a local physician and need to undergo a few investigations (i.e. CBC, peripheral blood smear, ESR, CRP, Dengue IgG & IgM, Malarial Dual Antigen, Urine R.M and the RT-PCR for SARS CoV2 as well)...

Meanwhile, you can continue taking Dolo 650 round the clock (thrice daily after some food), and remain well hydrated by drinking a lot of water...Do steaming with Carbol vapocaps twice daily instead of turmeric water...Also, do luke-warm salt water gargling three times daily for the time being...You may also need to start taking Vitamin C tablets 500mg twice daily for the next 10days...

-Wear face mask all the time, esp. while going out...maintain social distancing, avoid any body-contacts with others... Maintain strict hand hygiene by washing the hands with soap and water before and after touching any objects...
