Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Diprospan ( (betamethasone Sodium) contains steroid and do not have any effect if Beer is consumed soon after the shot.

If the Diprospan is taken orally and Beer consumed within 2 to 3 hours of the medication then there are chances where the efficacy of the drug get reduced due to the alcohol.

Also if you are on long term steroids then taking beer on daily basis can cause overweight in you.

Otherwise there is no problem to be worried about.
