Question : I am on Simvastatin 20Mg, can I eat grapefruit at any time

Brief Answer: Yes, but not in large amounts Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Grape fruit juice is known to increase the concentration of the drug in the blood and increase the dose related effect. I still consider you can have grape fruit juice but not in large amounts and specially not soon after taking the Simvastatin dose. Regards,
