Question : If I'm on PrEP and having sex with a HIV pos but hes undetectable, can get HIV if I swallow, and I'm the bottom

Hello,

If you are taking PrEP you are highly protected if you are taking it correctly every day.
If you are bottom and swallowing you may need at least 7 days of PrEP therapy to be protected.
So as a conclusion if you are on PrEP and taking medications every day you may be protected during sex.
