Question : I've been having diarrhea off and on since Sunday night. I'm pretty sure I know what caused the diarrhea, and I have been drinking plenty of fluids to try to compensate.
I called into work Monday and today. My boss needs a doctors note from me, but I can't make it to an actual office right now to get one. Can someone help me? I don't want to lose my job over this.
