Can I Get Pregnant Is My Adenomyosis Severe ?
Question: Hi i am 32 year old with two abortions. I notice brown discharge and spotting before period every month. Doctor told i have adenomyosis. But in TVS there is no focal myometrial lesion noted and uterus size is 7.3*3.7*4.3. Ovaries are also normal in size and within the range. No adnexal mass. I dont have problem of painfull periods or heavy periods. I dont even bleed after sex. Is my adenomyosis severe or can i get pregnant.

For exact diagnosis and your future reproductive life needs mri ( zone is measured jz) and after that may need histology study
There is medical treatment which can suite you as you want to be pregnant ,another is mri guided FUS ( hifu) consult gyane/ obs department of XXXXXXX or pgi there r chances of treatment of adenomyosis and can become pregnant, ( learn XXXXXXX technique it normalises hormones and is good for u along with above treatment) avoid obesity ( more fruits, juices and steamed vegetables,amla,aloevera) .
