Can I Get Pregnant Naturally All Test Reports Were Normal Except AMH-1?

Question: We are trying to get pregnant from 5-6 months. And then we went to a doctor for regular check up. All test reports were normal except AMH-1.14, so i wanted to know what are the chances that i can get pregnant naturally and how much time do we have before we opt for an IVF or other procedure. We also did ultrasound & no major issues found, Report says, I have 6 follicles in left ovary and 6-7 in right one (which according to doctor is on border line and we should hurry)

This means that chances of conception without any medications is less and you should try your best to conceive within next 6-10 moths. (We have met one fertility specialist and she told us to go for ivf right away)
