Question : Hello sir, my daughter is down with fever and it is varying between 100 to 103. My doctor suggested ziprox an antibiotic along with paracitamol. Now the fever is not reducing for paracitamol. Can we give one dose of meftal P syrup. She is 2.3 yers and weight is 11 kg.
