                                            Question : hello Dr, this is regarding skin rashes. last month during peak summer heat sores appeared on skin near waist, thighs and chin. soon they developed into rash/infection of diameters 3 - 4 inches. they seem liking curing but again after 2 days they grow/create irritation.what should be done to get them cured completely.

You have developed fungal infection.
Apply ointment Luliconazole twice daily for two months.
This should help you.
Also use KZ soap for taking bath.
