Question : My baby is 13 months old. I'm giving her XXXXXXX blue packet milk and breastfeeding at night time. Giving her solids too. Can I mix water in milk and give it to baby?

Thanks for writing to us. It is better not to mix water in milk. The milk packet itself can be given without diluting , this will avoid dilution of nutrients . It is easily digestible and can be given safely at this age.
You can continue breastfeed at night .
