Hi,

H. pylori can be transmitted from one person to another through saliva, among other routes. So if you have used the same plate without washing (vessels should be boiled and cleaned with a liquid soap), there are chances for transmission of H. pylori to others.

H.pylori transmission to children is most commonly seen due to contact with infected siblings or parents.
