Question: hello Doctor,

can I take I pill as we had unprotected intercourse few hours back. I have a c section 7 months back and I lost my baby. so I'm worried

I understand your health concern.
Yes you can give her ipill if you don't want baby right now and in future have protected sex.
In general you should avoid pregnancy yet as she needs to recover emotionally and physically and prepare herself for next pregnancy.
But don't make it a routine to take emergency pill everytime you indulge in sexual activity.
So take it this time and practice safe sex from now.
