Question : Can i play golf if the pain goes away and i will be taking an mri next week

You can play golf if the pain subsides completely and the range of movement of the shoulder is normal. You can also do a hot compress and apply local analgesic gel to bring relief.
Do get MRI scan done and consult orthopedician for stronger prescription medicines in case the pain is persistent.
