I have noted the CT scan details. Based on this, patient has suffered bleeding in the brain on both sides.

The cause should be identified. The commonest cause is high BP. In some cases, it could be medicines such as aspirin. Blood disorders can also cause it.

Treatment is aimed at controlling the cause of bleeding. Surgery is needed in some cases, if there is swelling in the brain.
