Question : I am 56, male from XXXXXXX taking the following medicines for ths last 10 years for Triple Vesssel disease:

Betablocker Betaloc 25 - 1.5 tabs BD
Ecosprin 75 OD blood thinner
TELPRES AM 80 OD for hypertension

Can I safely use sidenafil citrate (brand name Suhagra 50) occasionally?

Hello and welcome,

Sildenafil can lower the blood pressure, so it should be used with caution with other BP medicines like Betaloc and Telpres AM.
You may take it occasionally with lowest possible doses. Sildenafil's dose can be lowered to 25 mg or even lower to start with.
