Brief Answer:
yes, you can

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes, you can

It is understandable to be concerned re any skin lesion, in most cases, however there is little risk

In medicine we use ABCDE to assess skin lesions : (1) A- asymmetry - if the lesion is asymmetrical in shape, one side different from the other
(2)B- border-if the border or outer lining of the lesion is irregular
(3) C- color- if the color varies throughout the lesion eg one area darker than the other
(4)D-diameter-wider than 6mm
(5)E evolving- if the appearance or size is changing in any way

If the lesion is small, not changing in any way, color uniform throughout, border normal and similar appearance every aspect of the lesion- then not likely to be dangerous

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
