The common variable immune deficiency (CVID) is actually a condition in which there is low immunoglobulins in the circulation system which makes a person prone to infections and therefore exogenous immunoglobulins are required.

You can skip it for 3 days but be careful to avoid infections however you already have developed a level of immunoglobulins and 3 days is very less time to affect you however i will suggest you not to increase the gap than 3 days.
