Question : I recently about 3 months ago I gave birth to a son by c section I didn’t want the full 6 weeks before I started intercourse again and recently I’ve had my period for about a month and noticed what looked to be a deflated ballon and it’s was fatty tissue and a little blood on it what could that mean?

It may be was a heavier period.

Hello,
I believe it can be normal.
The tissue you saw like deflated balloon maybe was blood clots and endothelial lining shedding during period. Possibly it had more clots because it was the first period after giving birth.
