Question : I had my period a week ago and 2 negative pregnancy tests. Can I still have an ectopic pregnancy?

Yes, there is almost no chance of pregnancy.

Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.

As you have proper menses one week ago with the good flow the chances of ectopic pregnancy are not there in your case.

As your urine pregnancy test are also negative, the chances of pregnancy further decreased.
But to confirm whether you are pregnant or not you have to go for blood beta HCG testing for the same.
