Hi dear,

Adderall is amphetamine and is stimulant drugs; so you can not stop it abruptly. It has to be stopped gradually.

If you stop it sudden then you feel withdrawal features and also worsening or reappearance of symptoms may occur. May I know for what condition are you taking it?
If you are unable to get another doctor for a prescription, I would suggest you visit an ER for a script.
