I have met someone that I deeply care for, but my vagina is very tight and he cant come into me. How can I stretch my vagina out where we can have intercourse?

                                    Brief Answer:
Use lubricants and dilators.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Having vaginal tightness during menopause and while not having intercourse for so long is normal.
You can use a water based lubricant to help penetration.
Also you can use vaginal dilators when you are alone may help you dilate the vagina.
Use water based lubricants before inserting the dilators and you can use it for up to 10 minutes.
Also relax the pelvic floor muscles .
Hope I have answered the question.
