Can I Take 40mg Citalopram For Anxiety?

Question : Hi, google and reading some people’s stories has freaked me out a bit. I have some answers before on this but my anxiety keeps telling me it’s cancer. I’ve had loose stools for a few years. I go regularly once a day. No other symptoms. Blood tests all good. Stools are just loose and mushy, few times a week I’ll do a formed one. It’s normal colour I guess and see no blood in stool. Have the endless wiping as well sometimes. I also have hemorrhoids. Have done FOBT twice and 1 of the 6 was positive. Hemorrhoids were bleeding at the time of positive test. Really worried it’s serious when I probably shouldn’t be. Do you think anything to worry about?

42 male, no other health concerns other than anxiety. I take 40mg citalopram a day

Have seen your details
No it's not cancer.
In cancer symptoms increases very fast within a small span of time. Basically the bleed is because of hemorrhoid and servere anxiety cause other symptoms.
Please take Lactium for anxiety.
Add it with cetalopam.
