Question : Yesterday I had a supreme pizza with pepperoni, sausage,onions and peppers. After eating the pizza I noticed I had soreness under my right breast near my ribcage. I took pepto bismol and Tylenol for the soreness and today it is still sore. I take remeron and one of the side affects is constipation. I haven't been moving my bowels good for about a week. I just tried now to go to the bathroom but I am having a very hard time of moving my bowels. Only a small piece came out. I was wondering if I should take Activa yogurt and drink s lot of water. Can I take Activa yogurt after taking Pepto Bismol. My husband has had a bad stomach after eating the pizza and today he still feels bad. Please advise me what I can do. I also have been burping and my stomach was rumbling this morning.

Hi Mam,

I understand your concern.

You can take Activa Yoghurt after Pepto Bismol.

You might have mild Dyspepsia and constipation.

Also 1 tsp of Lactifiber at bedtime will help.

Rest your bowel for a day or two allowing only liquids and pure water.

You should be alright soon.
