Question : Hi
I was habitual of masturbation.
Now a days I am not feeling erection.
If it get erection tht is for less time & with very hard.

One if ny friebd suggested me to take 2 tab daily if confido,neo & fortage.

Is it will be safe??
Or anuthing else suggest.
My age is 25

Masterbation is the safest way of satisfying your sexual desires and it has no side effects. It will not cause erection problem.
Are you married?
If not it could be your anxiety while having sex with other girls.
It is not safe to take any such medicines at this age without a proper check up by an urologist.
I suggest you to stop these medicine and get a check up with urologist.
Also start doing exercises and eat a healthy balanced diet to improve your stamina.

In that case it is better to consult an urologist and get a direct check up including blood analysis especially for sugar and thyroid .
It is not advisable to take these medicines including viagra with out investigations..once tests are done your anxiety level will decrease and your confidence will increase.
