Question : For Endocrinologist/Urologist or an expert GP in this:
Took 120 mg as a starter dose for Firmagon (as using it for off-label reasons and was scared of the side-effects) but did not feel any lowering of my testosterone. Is it because, I did not take 240 mg as starter dose? I plan to take 80 mg as a maintenance dose next month. Should it be OK?
Also, can I take depo provera 150 ml with Firmagon to reduce hot flushes and to intensify testosterone blockage? Or any other medication to intensify testosterone suppression? What do you suggest? Thanks

First you should specify better your goal, do you want just to reduce a bit testosterone to reduce libido or you intend a transgender transformation?
If the aim is the second, you need to be monitored by a transgender center that will be able to decide for the starting treatment and maintenance doses.
The treatment can have serious side effects and can not be taken by your own or by online suggestions.
