Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM. Hope your experience with us is pleasant.
I read your question and understand it.
Using ondansetron together with escitalopram can increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, ect...
Severe cases may result in coma and even death.
So, I would suggest to not use them together because the interaction is of major risk. Also, both drugs interact with lots of other drugs, so if you are taking one or the other, contact your doctor if you consider using any other drug, or even herbal supplements.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarification.
Take care.
