Can I Take Imodium For Persistent Diarrhea?

Question : I'm having a colitis episode . I had diahhrea last night every hour from 9pm to 6:30. Took pepto bismal 4 times
At 2:30am I took 3capsules of Budesinide EC 3mg . So a little stool at 10 am. It's hard to get help on Sat.
I can't go to Urgent care cause I'll mess my pants,not knowing when it's coming. I had this a month. In 2016 and Dr gave mr Budesinide and it stopped.
Can I take Imodium since it started again?

Imodium would definitely be of great help at this time. However, important to call your gastroenterologist or get to urgent care as soon as the diarrhea is controlled. Did you ever stop taking budesonide or is this s relapse on treatment?

I had colitis in 2016 and had leftover budesonide,which I took. Now I haven't had a
Movement in a day and half.
