Question : Good morning Dr. XXXXXXX - I am under your treatment for pain/tingling sensation/uneasiness in my right leg calf muscle when I go to bed. As per your advise, I was taking Maxmala Forte for more than one year. Since the problem was not completely cured, you advised me to replace Maxmala Forte with Symbal 30 mg. I wish to inform you that I am not at all comfortable with Symbal 30 mg. I feel nervous/restless/shaking of hands/headache with Symbal 30 mg. My questions are as follows:-

1. Can I start back Maxmala fore - since there was some relief

2. How long can I safely take Maxmala fore

Hello,

Mamala forte or Maxgalip AT can be used in place of symbal.
The drug can be taken for 2-3 years according to requirement and response.
Get examined by a neurologist too.
Please upload all earlier reports as advised by me during initial follow up.
