Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

I am sorry to hear that you're dealing with so much pain and discomfort.

I would recommend that you take ibuprofen 600 to 800 mg every eight hours to help alleviate the pain.

Regarding the antibiotic which you have at home right now this might help to alleviate any associated infection.you could try starting this antibiotic until you are able to see a doctor on Monday.

Also make sure to stay well hydrated and get plenty of rest as this will help your immune system.

If the pain continues to worsen however or if you developed fevers or shaking chills then you would need to go to your local emergency department for immediate evaluation.

thank you again for sending the question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
