Brief Answer:
No need
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Lactation is where there is maximum inhibition to the sex hormones. Low levels of hormones can be found without any health issues. Only after a few months after the resumption of the periods, the hormone levels will get balanced on own.
There is no need for any sort of intervention in this period, do not dose your self with hormonal medication as it can cause imbalance and push you into irregular periods.
Regards,
No need
