Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
Well, actalin is natural-based product and there is no interaction between actalin and synthroid so basically it can be taken together. However, benefit of actalin is still doubtful and generally there is no need to take any supplements to boost your thyroid while on standard therapy. But if you will see improvement then you can take it in future. If your TSH and T4 are fine then you should try to find another cause of your symptoms. What about other hormones? Estrogen and prolactine? did you consider HRT. Also, some other underlying cause may be considered such as rheumatohid, heart or systemic diseases. WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
