Diflucan and famotidine might have adverse effects on the heart rhythm if taken together and this happens in a few people. It is best to avoid both these medications together.

If you took famotidine yesterday and it was more than 12 hours ago then the chances of any adverse event are less. However please check with your doctors if you have any heart rhythm conditions.
