
Can I Take Endure Mass For Muscle Growth?

Question: My weight is 61 kg and my height is 5 feet 6 inches I want to take endure mass for muscle growth.What should I do.

Ideally as per your height your weigh category range is between 58-70kgs. So yours is well within normal limits.
However, still you have a scope to gain 3-4kgs. For that you can start consuming good protein diet and also you need to stimulate your muscles for growth (by regular exercise and weight training).
Foods that you can take are Eggs, fish, chicken breast, yogurt, soybeans etc.
