Question : I had a reaction to a lidocain patch and I have hives. Can I take or apply anything to relieve the itching?

I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
For Hives, I suggest you to apply a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab or Loratadine10mg tab (Claritin tab) once a day.
