Question : Good day. Just want to consult it seems my weakest joints are in my both hands (photo attached) which as you can see from the picture sometime my little finger can feel pain and redness. Also my second finger too for both hands.

I am taking medicine Glucosamine Sulfate (Joint Ease) and Citrate de magnesium for 2 months now.

Also sometimes avoiding food that is high in uric acid.

Appreciate your guidance what's best to do.

Since when do you have the joint issues ?
Have you got your uric acid levels checked recently ?
Is the pain or swelling more in the early hourse or late hours of the day ?
